Any agreements are strictly between the buyer and seller/landlord and tenant.
RentZay offers paid subscriptions for property listings.
Prices and features will be clearly displayed on our website.
Payments must be made via approved payment gateways.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Posting false, illegal, or offensive content.
Attempting to hack, misuse, or spam the platform.
Misrepresentation of property ownership.
